Meet our new 2025-2026 Faculty and Staff at Holy Angels School! Today we want to introduce our new Kindergarten classroom aide and Before Care helper, Mrs. Andi Vanover. Mrs. Vanover has been a volunteer at the school for several years and has a daughter enrolled at Holy Angels and we are so pleased that she is taking on this new role.
Hi! Im Andi Vanover. This is my first year at Holy Angels as a Kindergarten Aide. My husband’s name is Kyle, we have a daughter named Charli, who is a first grader here at Holy Angels. In the winter you can find us cheering on Kyle and The Edison State Men’s Basketball team! Meanwhile in the summer we are either camping or drag racing. I’m excited to see what the school year brings!

Our annual Candy Sale fundraiser is beginning this week! Paperwork with more information will be sent home with oldest/only students today and the first box of candy will be sent home on Thursday. The paperwork is also attached to this email for your convenience. Families are highly encouraged but not required to participate by selling their box of candy. Families who choose not to sell MUST return their box unopened to the office by this Friday. Please read the attached packet for more information and also find attached the forms to order additional candy for those who wish to sell more.

!iReady Fall Testing Begins Next Week!
Students will begin taking their Fall iReady Diagnostic Tests next week. Please keep the following tips in mind to help your child do their best on the test!
-Make sure your child gets plenty of sleep
-Make sure your child eats a healthy breakfast
-Encourage your child to try their best on the test
-Come to school on time
-Start the morning positively and with as little stress as possible
-Try not to deviate from your normal morning routine

REMINDER: All start-of-year paperwork received in your folder at Open House (or on the first day of school if you were unable to attend Open House) as well as all Little Angels PS/PK paperwork that was mailed in July is due next Friday, August 29th, to the main office. Thank you so much to those who have turned in all of their paperwork already! About a third of our students have turned in all their forms. However, we still have two thirds of our students who have turned in only partial paperwork or no paperwork at all. Families we still need paperwork from will be contacted early next week as a reminder that you are missing some or all of your forms. Students will be unable to use technology, other resources, or may be unable to return to school until all paperwork is received if it is not turned in by the end of the day next Friday. If you have any questions, please contact the main office. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping your children safe and healthy and for helping us to stay in compliance with the Archdiocese and the State of Ohio!
