After Pastries with Parents, our Pre-K students that stayed at school enjoyed pizza for lunch with Mrs. H and then visited the church to bring flowers to Mary since they didn't make it to May Crowning this morning. They napped good after all the excitement!
Today after Mass we had our school-wide May Crowning. This beautiful and reverent tradition is in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary and is a cherished tradition that takes place in May. It symbolizes our love, devotion, and recognition of Mary as the Queen of Heaven and our spiritual mother. The crowning of her statue with flowers reflects her virtues of purity, grace, and holiness. Our 8th graders led the procession, and all students Kindergarten through 7th grade followed to bring flowers.

The Lehman Jr. High Athletics Spring Flower Sale delivery is upon us, and we could use a few extra hands to help with our pickup line at Piqua Catholic School on Saturday, May 10!
We will have three shifts throughout the day and are looking for volunteers to help:
8:00 AM – 9:30 AM: 7 adults needed to unload the truck and sort the flowers
11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: 2 volunteers needed (students are welcome) to help deliver the flowers to the customers cars

Mrs. Lozzio's 1st Grade celebrated reaching 1500 completed iReady lessons as a class! Their reward was PJ and Stuffed Animal Day.

There will be no Lehman Jr. High Tennis Practice at Troy City Parks tonight due to the weather.
Mrs. Moeller took her kindergarten class to MVP Dairy for Farm Day. We got to see how they take care of the cows and watch them milk! The students loved trying to milk a cow and trying yogurt!
