After learning about the design process, Mrs. Fullerton’s 4th grade science class worked in groups to design and test a safety device that would protect their egg as it was dropped from different heights. The students especially enjoyed being able to drop their eggs from the top of the playground and from the third floor window.

Mrs. Stiver’s 8th grade science class shot their rockets off! Students had to calculate the velocity, acceleration and the force needed to launch this rocket! What a fun way to study Newton’s Laws.

Our Little Angels Pre-K program took a field trip to Crossway Farms. They had so much fun riding the bus, playing in the kid corral, enjoying donuts, and picking out their own pumpkins!

Our annual Purse Bingo is just one month away! We only have ONE VIP table left - be sure to make it yours before the VIP opportunity sells out! We still have plenty of regular entry tickets for sale in the school office as well.

Ms. Edwards recently took the 4th grade class to Shelby County's annual Pioneer Days, put together by the Shelby County Farm Bureau at the Shelby County Fairgrounds. This field trip is always a highlight for our 4th graders and they certainly had beautiful weather this year!

Mrs. Stiver‘s 6th grade students are identifying minerals. Today we are calculating the density of the mineral.
